Into the new century with a new hotel and a strong summer momentum.
The Summer Thermal Riviera Term Čatež shone in a festive atmosphere last Saturday, June 21st 2025, as we celebrated the spectacular event marking the 100th anniversary of its operation and officially opened this year’s summer season. The Dunking Devils, with their adrenaline-filled acrobatics, and Tamia, who raised the temperature of an already hot day, provided exceptional energy and an unforgettable experience. The program was designed for all generations – visitors tested their skills in a competition on the Slow River, on inflatable obstacles in the pool, played beach volleyball, and tried out live table soccer, which brought a lot of laughter and connections. We gave 10 lucky winners 10 fantastic prizes, and the highlight of the evening was a concert by singer Nuša Derenda with a band that took the audience through a blend of calm and vibrant rhythms.
The event was also enriched by a ceremonial part – the festive presentation and opening of the renovated hotel Toplice Family Inn. At the press conference, we hosted numerous honorary guests, representatives of the media, and important partners, while the opening was musically accompanied by the symphony orchestra of the Brežice Music School. Visitors had the opportunity to participate in prize games, enjoy ice cream, and end the day with night bathing and fun with DJ rhythms at Cabana Lounge&Play.
