Purchase process in the online store after placing the order
Electronic notification of order receipt. After submitting the order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted into the queue. Usually, the buyer receives an electronic notification within 5 minutes, but this time can also be extended due to different settings of electronic mail clients. After placing the order, the buyer has the opportunity to cancel the order within 2 hours.
Electronic notification of order processing. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. The provider checks the data and availability of the ordered items or service and confirm or reject the order with a reason. The provider reserves the right to reject the order in the event of clearly incorrect prices that may arise in the event of errors in the automated transfer of errors, of which the provider immediately informs the buyer. In case of ambiguity, data verification or ensuring correct delivery, the provider calls the customer on the phone number that the customer provided in the My account area or upon placing the order. The provider sends the order confirmation to the buyer’s email address, which concludes the purchase contract.
Electronic notification of the delivery of the order to the delivery service sent to the customer’s address. The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period and ships them to the buyer’s address. The provider informs the buyer about this to his e-mail address.
Method of payment
The provider allows the following payment methods:
- by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Diners)
Prices
All prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user’s data be given to unauthorized persons.
Delivery conditions
The ordered goods are delivered by Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o. All orders placed before 1 p.m. on weekdays will be dispatched the next working day at the latest. Delivery time is 2 to 4 days (day of submission + 2 to 4 days). If the addressee was not available at the time of the postman’s visit, based on the notification received, they can pick up the parcel at the competent post office for another eight (8) calendar days. After this period, the shipment is returned to the sender. It is not possible to order the goods to the postal address.
Terme Čatež d.d. will endeavor to ensure that the buyer receives the shipment in the shortest possible time. After submitting the order, the user receives an order confirmation by e-mail with a list of ordered goods or services and price including VAT + shipping costs. The order confirmation also includes a phone number and email address that the user can contact with any questions related to the order. The document also contains the order number, which the user can use in any communication with Terme Čatež d.d.
Delivery costs
When submitting an order, the cost of shipping the goods is added to the price.
Complaints
Solving complaints or any complaints will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Obligations and the Consumer Protection Act.
