November Rain at Terme Čatež: an album in seven tracks
November has a PR problem. Grey fog, short days and rain – and that famous Guns N’ Roses ballad starts playing in your head. Almost nine minutes of melancholy, a guitar solo at the end and a long look out of the window.
At Terme Čatež we recorded our own version. Same theme, different chorus: when it rains, we get in the water. Here is our November album – play it in any order.
Track 1: Intro – rain on the window, thermal water on your skin
The best sound of November? Raindrops drumming on the windows of the Winter Thermal Riviera while you float in warm thermal water from 11 springs. The water doesn’t know it’s November outside. After half an hour, neither do you.
Track 2: Black Friday Remix – at Terme Čatež from 2 November
On the calendar, Black Friday is 27 November. We made an extended version that lasts a lot longer than the longest guitar solo: Black Friday at Terme Čatež starts on 2 November.

Track 3: Midnight Sauna Session
On Fridays and Saturdays the Wellness Riviera plays late into the night, from 8 pm to midnight. Adults only, no phones, and just one drop you’ll feel all evening – the one in the sauna.
Track 4: Acoustic ballad for two
By 5 pm it’s already dark. For some, that’s the end of the day; for you, it’s the start of a massage at Grand Spa Terme. Book your slot online before you arrive, so you don’t miss the first beat.
Track 5: St Martin’s Day – when must becomes wine
On 11 November, St Martin’s Day, the new must officially becomes wine in Posavje, the wine region around Čatež. After two days at the spa, you’ll officially become someone on holiday. A glass of local wine after a swim is a tradition we’re happy to keep.
Track 6: Encore at Mokrice Castle
A few minutes from the spa stands Mokrice Castle, first mentioned in 1444. In the rain its tower looks even more romantic, and Restaurant 1444 cooks with local ingredients. Smart dress welcome, umbrella optional – the car park is close.
