Mokrice then and now - a sightseeing tour of the castle estate
Now you can experience the Castle Mokrice as it once was with a new sightseeing tour.
The castle from the 16th century, whose walls tell legends and stories of once living lords of the castle, also boasts a drawbridge, which is a rare example of this type of bridge in Europe. After leaving the manor, we enter the magnificent English Park of the 19th century. On a walk through the park, 200-year-old trees will greet us with their power, and then we will also pay attention to the chapel of St. Anne and found out what the Silent Valley is. We will end the tour at the Mokrice golf course with 18 holes , where you can relax with a cold drink in the garden of the golf Bar 1444, with the view on the course.
The sightseeing tour is available every Wednesday and Saturday at 7 p.m..
Meeting point: atrium of Mokrice castle
Registration: at the reception of hotel at Terme Čatež or reception of Terme Village up to 4 p.m. the latest on a day of the tour.
Price: 10 € and 8 € for children aged 10 to 17.99 (children until 9,99 years of age have a free pass).
