Mandatory surcharges:
- Tourist tax: €2.50/person/day;
- Registration fee: €2.50/person.
- Note: Children up to 6.99 years are exempted from paying the tourist tax and registration fee.
Possible surcharges for meals at Hotel Čatež (price per person per day):
- Breakfast: 15 € /adult; 12 € / child
- Lunch: 21 € / adult; 13 € / child
- Dinner: 23 € / adult; 14 € / child
- For all reservations with a stay in the period from 31.7. to 15.8.2026 and from 24.12.2026 until 02.01.2027, an advance payment of 30% of the reservation amount is required.
- The price does include the agency fee.

- The number of units available is limited.
- At Terme Village, small pets (up to 20 kg) are allowed in the Pirate Bay and in the campsite. The pet surcharge in the Pirate Village is €25/day and in the campsite €6.50/day.
- Pets are not allowed in the Lux & Lux plus apartments and mobile homes.
