Terms of Business – related to accommodation:

Check-in at the TERME VILLAGE reception for the campsite, apartments, mobile homes and Pirate’s Bay:

upon arrival, check in at the reception and present your ID card, passport or driving license and car registration number (for passing through the gates)
check-in: on the day of arrival after 3:00 PM (mandatory security deposit / deposit upon arrival: EUR 100)
check-out: on the day of departure by 10:00 AM (late check-out – additional charge)
full amount of the reservation: payment at the reception (unless otherwise stated in the offer)
a payment guarantee is not required for the reservation (unless otherwise stated in the offer)

Check-in at the hotel reception for Hotel TERME, Hotel TOPLICE, Hotel TOPLICE-FAMILY INN, Hotel ČATEŽ:

upon arrival, please check in at the reception and present your ID card, passport or driving license
check-in: on the day of arrival after 3:00 PM
check-out: on the day of departure by 10:00 AM (late check-out – additional charge)
children aged 12 or older are considered adults (in the offer / accommodation packages)
full amount of the reservation: payment at the reception (unless otherwise stated in the offer)
a payment guarantee is not required for the reservation (unless otherwise stated in the offer)

Opening hours:

Reception: Hotel Terme, Hotel Toplice / Toplice-Family Inn and Terme Village (campsite, apartments, mobile homes, Gusarski zaliv): NON-STOP (24/7)
Reception: Hotel Čatež – from 7:00 to 21:00. Between 21:00 and 7:00, the reception is available at Hotel Toplice – through the connecting corridor between the two hotels
Overnight stays of unregistered persons are not allowed

Mandatory additional payments at the reception:

Tourist tax: 2.50 EUR/night (adults), 1.25 EUR/night (children from 7 to 17.99 years)
Registration fee: 1.50 EUR/person (adults and children from 7 to 17.99 years)

Payment & Registration Method and Conditions

In the case of payment by credit card, the funds will be blocked at the reception upon check-in. Upon check-out, the guest/payer will be charged via a slip for all costs of Terme Čatež services used and any damage caused.

Upon check-out, you can also settle the bill with cash or another credit card. In this case, the reserved funds will be released.

In the case of payment by cash, the entire planned service will be charged upon check-in. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay at the hotel. Upon check-out, we will finally charge for all services used.

We reserve the right to carry out necessary maintenance work that will contribute to improving services and guest safety.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation is valid until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

You can cancel your reservation no later than 3 days before arrival.

In the event of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge additional costs (one (1) night per person in the booked accommodation type will be charged).

Advanced Payment

A paid advance payment (if required in the offer) also means your consent that no interest will be charged on the amount paid. You can cancel services paid in advance no later than 15 days before arrival. The amount paid is not refundable, but you can use it for services in any unit of Terme Čatež d.d. in the current year.

Use of Data

The data provided will be used exclusively for the needs of Terme Čatež d.d. and for keeping legally required records. They will only be provided to competent authorities in accordance with the relevant legal authorizations. They will not be provided to third parties. The data will also be used to inform you about the offer of Terme Čatež. If you do not wish to receive our informative material, please inform the receptionist about this upon registration.
